How it Works
1. Reserve your date:
Please contact us at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Weekends fill up quickly, especially in spring and autumn.
2. We Plan Together:
We'll discuss your ideas, needs, and preferences. We'll choose decorations, activities, and any additional services you'd like to add.
3. Confirm and Pay:
Reserve with a deposit equivalent to the mandatory security deposit of €50. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. This amount is refundable 24 hours after the event. In case of cancellation, this deposit will not be refunded. If catering or any other additional service is booked, it must be paid in full before the event.
4. The Big Day:
Arrive 15 minutes early to get ready. We'll have everything set up. During the party, our team will be on hand to help with anything you need.
5. Enjoy and Relax:
When you're finished, just collect your personal belongings. We'll take care of the cleaning and leaving everything as we found it. You just take the memories with you.
